TournaFund reserves the right to deny the application of, or discontinue access to the platform for, any organization that TournaFund determines to violate these prohibitions to prevent the creation of fundraisers that include speech or promote causes which TournaFund and its owners, investors, employees, or customers not in violation of these prohibitions disagree with.
